Our goal is to make the best analytics based on the data you have. Perfomax could work with noon reports while enriching them with satellite and industrial databases data or with sensor data. For obvious reasons, the accuracy of analysis on the low granulation manually reported data is lower, but it still allows monitoring of important basics. The accuracy of the models based on the sensor data is above 98% on average.

We have certified technicians in APAC and MENA while we are also capable of organizing the installation worldwide through our partners in different countries. Our platform is sensor agnostic meaning that we don’t have preferable hardware suppliers and could work with different types of sensors. We also could propose our own cost efficient sensors and industrial wireless for offshore vessels with 5 hours intraday installation covering all important vessels assets like main engines, auxiliaries, weather station, speed log and others.

Vessels operate in varying conditions, whether it is the loading conditions, usage of fuel types, or weather conditions, which makes all the data incomparable. Prefomax uses advanced algorithms to bring your data to an “apple to apple” comparable state, where data can be used to its maximum potential. Excel lacks the necessary capabilities to process such a modeling.

We utilize statistical methods fused with a grey-box digital twin approach, where unrealistic data or data with high deviation from ideal behavior is flagged, and further same could be used for noon report and MRV-DCS data rectification, identifying faulty data streams from telemetry system or catch suspicious events like manual fudging of data.

Grey-Box Performance models use the ship-specific design data to model performance behaviour which is then enriched with real-time noon reports or sensor data to understand vessel performance. This approach allows our clients to achieve trustworthy performance metrics with basic data like daily noon reports.
